概述
uPD68852是一颗电源管理单元（PMU）。 在一颗5mm x 5mm大小，采用TFPBGA封装的芯片上集成了以下功能块：

  LDO1 (RTC power supply for low consumption): 2.5 V / 1.5 V / 10 mA
  LDO2 (Power supply for Base-band LSI core): 2.5 V / 1.5 V / 150 mA
  LDO3 (Power supply for Base-band LSI I/O): 3.0 V / 200 mA
  LDO4 (Power supply for RF circuit <1>): 1.5 to 3.0 V / 200 mA
   (using external resistors)
  LDO5 (Power supply for RF circuit <2>): 1.5 to 3.0 V / 150 mA
   (using external resistors)
  32ohm BTL audio amplifier for receiver: 30 mW @ 32 ohm
  Vibrator motor driver SW: 200 mA / 0.5 V (@SW is ON)
  LED driver SW for key backlight LED (LED1): 200 mA / 0.5 V (@SW is ON)
  LED driver SW for battery charger LED (LED2): 200 mA / 0.5 V (@SW is ON)
  Li-Ion battery charger
