µPD720130 is USB2.0 certified IDE Bridge Device Controller ,which combines the NEC USB2.0 PHY including with End-point Controller, and IDE Interface for storage devices. The controller embedded 512Byte x2 Banked RAM for each Bulk-In and Bulk-Out End-point. The controller integrated CPU core and Firmware ROM on single chip, and enables to design high performance storage system; CD-ROM / CD-RW / HDD with USB2.0 Interface. Shrunk internal logic reduces its power consumption, and enables to realize to design Bus-Powered USB2.0 Peripherals.
