光耦合器的绝缘距离(结构参数)

日电的光耦合器采用了由发光二极管(LED)和光电二极管之间的高光传输内部树脂和在外部的高遮光效果的外部树脂组成的双结构。

No. 名称 说明
1外部爬电距离光发射端管脚和光接收端管脚之间的最短距离,沿着封装表面(上图中的蓝色线)。
2内部爬电距离光发射端管脚和光接收端管脚之间的最短距离,沿着内部树脂和外部树脂之间的界线(上图中的深红色线)。
3绝缘层厚度光发射端和光接收端之间的最短距离由树脂进行隔离。
4清空
(空间距离)
树脂以外的空间是光发射端管脚和光接收端管脚之间的最短距离。
根据管脚的形状,该距离可能和外部爬电距离一致。
